HYDRAA Officials
Officials from the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) took a firm action on Wednesday, demolishing an illegally built building in East Hanuman Nagar, which is in the Medchal-Malkajgiri district’s Keesara Mandal. The building encroached on a 40-foot section of public road and was purportedly constructed by Chandra Reddy, the chairman of Nagaram Municipality.
After Chairman Reddy was accused of improper building that blocked a road connecting the main Nagaram road, the destruction was carried out. According to the lawsuit, Reddy had built a railing across the road, so blocking commuters’ and locals’ access.
After receiving the report, HYDRAA authorities moved quickly, opening an investigation two days later. After the inquiry verified the encroachment, officials promptly demolished the unlawful construction.
In order to protect public property from unlawful structures and to manage encroachments, the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency has been actively involved. This latest move is a reminder of HYDRAA’s dedication to safeguarding public property and maintaining the usability of important roads.
Residents of the area thanked HYDRAA for responding so quickly, pointing out that the obstruction had created serious problems and raised safety issues. The entire town has benefited from the road’s accessibility being restored as a result of the structure’s demolition.
